SHIPROCK RV RESORT

Brand new in 2002, this 120-space resort is built in a unique wagon wheel plan on ten acres, it boasts a beautiful 7,000 square foot clubhouse complete with a large auditorium and stage. An exercise gym, billiards room, card/craft room, and a library are also available. The spacious island kitchen is attractive and well-equipped and there are restrooms with showers and clean, modern laundry facilities.

Outdoors there is a resort-style swimming/lap-pool, a large therapeutic spa, a barbeque area for get-togethers, and a putting green. The 120 sites are designed to accommodate a variety of RV sizes. Each site has a utility pedestal (50, 30 and 20 amp receptacles) with "in-house" phone lines, ready for immediate use, convenient water and sewer hookups. Cable TV is available through the local provider (Mediacom).

Shiprock is now excited to announce the arrival of park models from Cavco and New Champion Homes now available for viewing and ordering. Park models are small mobile homes under 400 sq ft. Perfect for winter stays for folks that don't want the hassle of moving their riggs.
