Wood ShopPaved roads circle throughout the park, featuring natural desert landscaping through out the rolling hills and dry washes. “Pride of ownership” stands out among the 128 well-maintained mobile homes, 10 fully furnished resort cottages with an additional 12 full hook up RV sites allow transient travelers to enjoy the hospitality of this friendly park for a shorter stay.
For a wonderful and relaxing morning swim, you must try the heated pool. We offer Aqua Fit classes for our residents. If the pool isn’t for you, we also have shuffleboard courts. The gleaming, waxed courts are competition-ready, and the park hosts annual shuffleboard tournaments with other area parks.
Residents can pack their days and evenings with planned activities, including Bible study, card and table games, bingo, and beanbag baseball in the historic dude ranch Rec hall. Of course there are many “tasty” events too, such as ice cream socials, pizza parties, potlucks, pancake breakfasts and holiday meals. The Rec hall also contains separate billiards, lending library, kitchen, and rest/shower rooms for a completely convenient activity area. Many off-site activities are available such as golf, horseback riding, hiking, and casino trips. Pets welcome **restrictions apply
Laundry facilities, complete with outdoor clothes lines, are available for your convenience as well.
