Shiprock RV Resort, is an active senior living community located at 1700 West Shiprock Street, Apache Junction, AZ 85120. It is is our newest 55+ community. This resort is a 5 Star RV Resort, it is among the finest RV Resorts in the East Valley. The 120-space resort is built in a unique ship’s wheel plan that provides a view of the spectacular Superstition Mountains from every site. Shiprock RV is a Keith Management resort.

Among this senior RV community’s amenities, it features a spacious 7,000 square foot recreation hall complete with a large auditorium and stage, a well-equipped island kitchen, and sparkling clean rest/shower rooms. An exercise room, billiards room, library, and modern, coin-free laundry facilities all provide for comfortable, convenient indoor activities.
Outdoor amenities include a resort-style swimming/lap pool, a large therapeutic spa, a putting green, and a barbecue/patio area. A large, shady, off-leash dog park is available for the enjoyment of our four-legged guests.
Free WIFI in the clubhouse for emails and browsing, Wired internet available at each space. Also we have individual, secure mailboxes. We have the NFL Sunday ticket for the enjoyment of our guests during football season and we also cater to snowbirds.
At Shiprock, you can be as relaxed or as busy as you choose. Many activities are scheduled to energize and entertain. The health-conscious might want to participate in water aerobics, Tai Chi, group exercise or other fitness classes. The adventurous might choose to join a guided hike in the mountains, a water volleyball game, or a bus trip to a local casino. The 120 sites are designed to accommodate a variety of RV sizes. Each site features a large patio area, a utility pedestal (50, 30 and 20 amp receptacles) and convenient water and sewer hookups. Many of our guests have good success receiving a selection of local television stations with only their RV’s antenna; but satellite and cable TV options are available through local providers. On-site phone lines are available for immediate access upon request.
Shiprock is pleased to announce the arrival of Cavco and New Champion Homes park models now available for viewing and ordering. Park models are small, efficient mobile homes (under 400 sq ft) perfect for winter guests who don’t want the hassle of moving their rigs, or for an economical year-round living. - Weekly : $400.00 plus tax, Water, Sewer, Trash, Wifi & Electric Included
- Monthly 1-3 mos: $950.00 plus tax, + $25 Monthly Utility Fee**, + Metered Electric
- 4 Months or More** : $875.00 plus tax, +$25 Monthly Utility Fee + Metered Electric.
- **MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTED RATE FOR 4 MONTHS
- Annual $4800 + $300 Annual Utility Fee** + Tax + Metered Electric
