Yes. Some of our properties are 55+ active adult RV communities designed for snowbirds and retirees, while others are open to all ages. Each resort page notes whether it is age-restricted.

Winter is our busiest time, especially from January to March. Snowbirds should book their Arizona winter RV camping sites at least 6–12 months in advance to secure their preferred resort and site.
